Just a quick reminder to please be on time for class times during the week and weekends. This also means getting there in time to allow yourself proper warm-up time. Just a reminder that class times are as follows: M-F doors open at 5AM First WOD start time: 5:15-6AM 6:00-6:45AM 6:45-7:15AM Lunch: 11-1pm (last WOD time 12:30pm) Evening doors open at 4 (no earlier) First WOD: 4:15-5pm 5:00-5:45pm 5:45-6:30pm 6:30-7:15pm Sat/Sun doors open at 9AM First WOD 9-10am 10:00-11:00 AM If you get there before doors open please wait until open time to ensure a coach is available.
