Our friends at CrossFit Silicon Valley recently made us aware of their new CrossFit Kids program and we felt compelled to share it with you. The class is coached by CrossFit Kids certified coach and personal trainer Becky Chaitesipaseut of Commit2Fit with Becky.

Although the programming is oriented towards children, it’s not all fun and games…or is it?? Read below for further information.

  • Begins Monday October 1st with classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:45 – 4:30pm

After a successful three-week pilot program, the CrossFit Silicon Valley Little Lions program will officially kick off Monday, October 1st.  We still have plenty of open spots so if you have or know children that are interested, send them our way! The program will be structured as follows:  Whiteboard explanation, Warm up, Skill Work, WOD, and Game.

Little Lions is deigned to be FUN in order to aid in the athletic development of our children.  It combines gymnastics, body-weight movements, and certain weightlifting elements (depending on age) that encourage bone density and athletic development. We are excited to officially launch so please come and check it out!
