The holiday season is probably the hardest time to maintain a healthy weight, but it shouldn’t be the toughest time of year to get a good coffee. Treat yourself to some great seasonal drinks that pack lots of flavor, but not a lot of calories.

No, I’m not a shill for Starbucks, I just choose their coffee for two reasons: 1. Their nutritional information is readily available and 2. They are so ubiquitous that just about everyone in the U.S. has access to a Starbucks.

You can even order your coffee on a mobile app ahead of time at some locations, which is a smart retention tactic by Starbucks. For all of you fellow Starbucks addicts out there, here is a list of seasonal drinks that are both diet friendly and delicious! Enjoy.

Starting off the list with a strong entry: The Gingerbread latte. It is a family favorite in my house and for good reason. Even when you get it skinny, you still get a delicious holiday drink. Between my husband and I, we just need to be careful on the monthly budget because the lattes can add up real quick.
