2014 marks the first year that kids and teens can compete head to head virtually from all over the World. Everyone from every continent from San Diego to China is invited to battle in five workouts over five weeks, posting their scores online.

Every Beast League Open workout needs to be verified with a video. Competitors will need to post their video’s to a video hosting service like Youtube or Vimeo in order to validate their performances. Competitors will have until the event deadline to post their video’s.

This is the first time ever Kids and Teens will have a chance to establish their global rankings.

Compete against your parents in scaled versions of their workout!

With your paid registration you will be able to compete in all 5 Beast League Open Events:

2014.1 – Work Out #1 Feb. 27th Released and Closes the following Monday at 5 PM

2014.2 – Work Out #2 Mar. 6th Released and Closes the following Monday at 5 PM

2014.3 – Work Out #3 Mar. 13th Released and Closes the following Monday at 5 PM

2014.4 – Work Out #4 Mar. 20th Released and Closes the following Monday at 5 PM

2014.5 – Work Out #5 Mar. 27th Released and Closes the following Monday at 5 PM

Please email her at whitney_maymon@yahoo.com to get into her schedule, and see her offerings below! 25 Minute Recovery Massage ($45): Often used after athletic events to help "flush" the tissues, the goal of this session is to expedite recovery and reduce the occurrence of delayed onset soreness. Long, swedish strokes are used to increase blood flow and relax the nervous system. 25 Minute Specific Treatment ($50): A treatment designed to address a specific injury or problem area that uses deep tissue, cross fiber friction and trigger point compression to alleviate pain and discomfort. 45 Minute Prevention and Maintenance ($80): Ideally performed on a day of rest or before a competition or event, this treatment encompasses several modalities. It can be used to address specific muscular concerns, increase blood flow and relax the central nervous system. This treatment can be helpful, like daily mobility drills, with maintaining range of motion and reduced pain or discomfort. *All massages are performed on a table with athletes in appropriate attire. Please disclose relevant health history with the therapist, as massage can be contraindicated for certain acute and chronic medical conditions. No information shared during the session should be substituted for medical advice, and the therapist reserves the right to turn away any client who may require physician approval prior to receiving massage. Payment is due at the time of service and we are currently accepting cash and all major credit cards for payment.
