Why would you not drink water?!?!

If you’re going to do just one thing with your decision to finally get fit, DRINK WATER.
DRINK A GALLON, LOSE A GALLON
(Or at least 5-7lbs.)
FYI- there are 8lbs in a gallon, genius. 8.34lbs to be exact.
On Monday, buy a gallon of water- relax, I’m not asking to drink the whole gallon.
Not in one sitting, anyway…But drink as much as you can.
On Tuesday, refill what you drank. And again, try to drink as much as you can throughout the day.
Follow this simple, yet essential to the survival of the human race routine, to the end of the week.
And yes, you will pee a lot. Probably more than you’ve ever peed in your life…
By Friday, odds are that you almost drank the full gallon in single day, hopefully.
But I guarantee you this, you will be at the very least 5-7lbs lighter than you were on Monday.
