[I]f you decided to commit to this regimen, this program, this coach, it is simply wasted energy to complain constantly about things over and over again.
Really? Really dude? Are you for real? Serio gai? Seriously? Are you still
In what I would call a humble career in the fitness industry, six years of training personal clients, four years as a CrossFit coach, three different facilities with the most recent one being my own, there is one particular pet peeve I have ran into enough to rant about: complaining.
I firmly believe that every coach and trainer, no matter what level of experience, has a distinct reason for why they do what they do, be it in your daily programming, weekly programming, monthly, and even yearly programming. Whether they program three months at a time, three weeks at a time, or even three days at a time, if you decided to commit to this regimen, this program, this coach, it is simply wasted energy to complain constantly about things over and over again.
Ask yourself if any of these sound familiar:
- “Why are we squatting again?”
- “Why are we squatting again when my a*s is sore from the other day?”
- “Why are we cleaning today if we cleaned yesterday?”
- “Why do we run so much?”
- “Do we really have to do this?”
- “Burpees? Really?”
