1. Lead

1. Lead

People will not remember your score – they will remember how you got your score.
“How you do anything is how you do everything.” -T. Harv Eker

Whether you are first or last, you must be a leader. It doesn’t matter if you are the best or the worst athlete in the gym. You are in the gym and are competing. You are representing yourself, your family, and your community with each rep that you do. Leaders do not always hit PR’s and they don’t always win. But they always lead – it’s an activity and a pursuit that is not conditional. Be honest, give the best that you have, keep your head held high. People will not remember your score – they will remember how you got your score.
