Our idea is to put a post-pandemic spin on all this too since we're all at home now. There are plenty of fitness and nutrition sites but our site is unique because we've decided that it's important to have a fitness and nutrition hub with a post - pandemic spin. This means our product guide and information articles will do their best to focus on what might (or might not) be helpful in your life post-pandemic. Meet Our Founder
My name is Andrew McGuire and I have been on a mission of finding ways to hack nutrition and fitness ever since I was in high school and that was over 20 years ago now - so I'm old (aka experienced). I've tried everything to shape myself into something through my hobby of fitness and nutrition. I'm excited to be here and provide my view on things that have worked and have not worked for me. We've got a team here at Tabata Times helping me pull the best content together but I review and edit as needed for this amazing content you'll find. There are going to be some unique things that we put together for you and I'm excited to share it all.
Right now I'm on the carnivore diet and loving it! I will be sharing my stories on here through the vegan, carnivore, keto adventures along with the X3 Bar that I'm using six days a week now and loving it.
